I think this video meant EV public chargers rather than EV cars.
The problem is expensive charging prices.
The new problem is oversupply of public chargers(!!!). Will not happen in Thailand.
The so-called "overproduced" white-colored EV cars are in this video too. I think other sources or other videos explained about them.
