กสทช. เผยแพร่อินโฟกราฟิก (จากลิงก์: https://www.nbtc.go.th/News/Information/74968.aspx ) ซึ่งระบุข้อความเท็จ??? ว่า "N.S. Digital Network (ผู้ให้บริการ MVNO) เปิดให้บริการภายใต้โครงข่ายของ TRUE แล้วเมื่อวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2569"

ปัจจุบันเว็บไซต์หลักของบริษัท ( https://www.nsdigitalnetwork.com/uconnect ) ยังคงขึ้นคำว่า "Coming Soon" แสดงว่ายังไม่มีการเปิดให้บริการ  

ข้อมูลที่ กสทช. เผยแพร่จึงน่าจะขัดแย้งกับความเป็นจริงที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์ของผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง
