อย่าขายที่ดินให้ต่างชาติ อย่าให้ต่างชาติเช่าที่ดิน 60 ปี 99 ปีโดยเด็ดขาด เพราะนั่นคือการขายชาติขายแผ่นดิน ทำลายอนาคตของลูกหลาน บรรพบุรุษจะก่นด่าอีกต่างหาก ท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี ท่านรัฐมนตรีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ท่าน ส.ส. ส.ว. โปรดอย่าแก้กฎหมายให้ต่างชาติซื้อที่ดินหรือเช่าที่ดินได้ 99 ปีหรือ 60 ปี อย่าไปฟังพวกพ่อค้าขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ต้องการจะเอาตัวรอดเพียงเพื่อตัวเองแล้วก็ให้ออกกฎหมายขายชาติ
ขอความกรุณาฟังผมสักนิดในฐานะผมเคยเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้กับกระทรวงการคลังหลายประเทศ รวมทั้งที่ปรึกษาให้กับองค์การระหว่างประเทศต่างๆ ผมยืนยันได้ว่าการให้เช่าที่ดินยาวๆหรือการให้ต่างชาติซื้อที่ดินนั้นไม่เป็นการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจเลย ประเทศคู่แข่งของเรา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอินโดนีเซีย เวียดนาม เขาดึงนักลงทุนไปได้โดยไม่ได้ต้องให้ต่างชาติมาเช่าที่ได้ยาวนาน ถึง 99 ปี หรือให้ซื้อขายขาด พวกนี้พอเข้ามา โดยเฉพาะคนจีนในปัจจุบันนี้เข้ามาก็เอาคนตัวเองมาทำงาน ไม่ได้กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจใดๆ เลย มันต่างจากสมัยที่ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลีมาลงทุนซึ่งพวกนั้นใช้แรงงานของคนไทยทำให้เศรษฐกิจไทยเฟื่องฟูขึ้นมา
ผมขออนุญาตท้าทายด้วยความเคารพถ้าท่านรัฐมนตรี ท่าน ส.ส. ส.ว. หรือตัวแทนสมาคมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ใดๆ ที่คิดว่าการขายชาติแบบนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ถูกต้องมาพบกับผมได้ ผมยินดีถกในเวทีสาธารณะ ถ้าผมแพ้ ยินดีกราบแทบเท้า ลอดใต้วางขา เลียเท้าท่านก็ยังได้ แต่ถ้าผมชนะผมก็ไม่เอาอะไร ขออย่าได้ออกกฎหมายขายชาติ หรือกฎหมายขายชาติที่มีอยู่แล้ว ต้องลดละเลิกโดยเด็ดขาด
เพื่ออนาคตของลูกหลานเรา ไม่มีประเทศไหนให้ซื้อที่ดินได้อย่างอิสระอย่างที่เราคิดจะทำหรือได้ทำไปแล้ว เช่น การเช่าที่ดิน 99 ปีใน EEC แม้แต่ประเทศต้นตำรับอย่างอังกฤษ ก็ไม่ได้ให้มีการเช่าที่ดินกันยาวๆ อย่างนั้นยกเว้นจีนที่เคยแพ้สงครามฝิ่น จึงให้อังกฤษเช่าที่ดินฮ่องกง 99 ปี หรือเขตเช่าต่างๆ
ผมย้ำ ขออนุญาตท้าทายด้วยความเคารพรักนะครับว่าถ้าท่านมีเหตุผลมาส่งสู้กับผมได้เนี่ยผมยินดีกราบแทบเท้าเลย ท่านไม่ต้องมาคนเดียว มากันทั้งกระทรวงเลย มากันทั้งกรมเลย หรือมากันทั้งสมาคมเลย ผมยืนหยัดคนเดียวเลย รับรองได้ว่าเหตุผลหรือข้อมูลที่ผมมีนั้นชัดเจนกว่าแน่นอน

The buyers will regret it soon!

ในที่สุดเรื่องราวของระบบเขากะลาก็ได้ถูกนำมาดัดแปลงสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์ Khao Kala
สำหรับเรื่องราวของ ufokaokala นั้น ถึงแม้ผมเองจะไม่เชื่อ แต่ด้วยความที่ชื่นชอบเรื่องจานบินและมนุษย์ต่างดาว ก็ได้เคยติดตามเรื่องราวของพวกเขามาบ้าง มีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับการละวางอัตตาตัวตน ที่มีบางส่วนที่สอดคล้องกับหลักพุทธศาสนา
ในวันคล้ายวันเกิดผม อายุ 10 ขวบ วันนั้นเองที่ถูกระบุว่า เป็นวันติดต่อสื่อสารกับมนุษย์ต่างดาวครั้งแรก ตามความเชื่อของพวกเขา
ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 ในเวลานั้นหลังผมจบ ป. 6 นั้น มีความไม่ชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับโควต้า ม. 1 ว่าผมจะได้เรียนโรงเรียนใดจังหวัดใด จึงไปหาที่สอบเข้า และสอบเข้าได้ที่ อ.เมืองนครสวรรค์ โดยที่ไม่มีญาติหรือคนรู้จักอยู่แถวนั้น ก็ได้ไปอยู่หอพักชายแห่งหนึ่ง ในสมัยนั้น (หลังจบ ม.3 ผมสอบเข้า ม.4 ใหม่ที่เดิมอีกครั้งเพื่อเข้าสายวิทย์ และยังคงสอบได้อยู่)
หลังจากผมได้เข้า ม.1 ไปแล้ว ผมถึงได้ลองค้นหาเรื่องราวต่างๆในจังหวัดนี้ และได้เปิดเว็บเจอ เรื่องราวของพวกเขา เป็นครั้งแรก แต่จนถึงบัดนี้ผมก็ยังไม่เคยไปเยือนสถานที่แห่งนั้นจริงเลยแต่ประการใด
พอจะทราบข่าวว่าในช่วงหลัง ๆ กลับออกแนวงมงายมากขึ้น จนเป็นข่าวใหญ่ อาจเป็นเพราะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกลุ่มวิทยากร
จากนั้นภาครัฐได้รับรู้กระแสข่าวนี้ ได้ดำเนินการยึดคืนพื้นที่ป่า โดยมีข้อกล่าวหาคือรุกที่ป่า และกิจกรรมต่างๆบนเขาก็ไม่สามารถทำได้อีกในช่วงนั้น คือถูกปิดไป
หากผมจำไม่ผิด ช่วงนั้น 2562 คือ น่าจะไม่นาน ก่อนโควิดระบาด โควิดนั้นน่าจะนับเป็นภัยพิบัติใหญ่ได้เหมือนกัน
อย่างไรก็ตามเข้าใจว่า คำสั่งปิดป่าอาจจะถูกยกเลิกไป? หรือหายไปตามกาลเวลา? เลยพบข้อมูลทำนองว่ามีคนขึ้นไปได้แล้ว
ในภายหลังได้มีความพยายามฟื้นฟูกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่นขอเป็นพื้นที่ป่าเพื่อการสันทนาการตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้ขึ้นไปทำกิจกรรมบางอย่างได้
แน่นอนว่าในกูเกิลแม็พ ก็มีคนให้หนึ่งดาว เมื่อปี 2562 นั้นเอง เพราะเห็นด้วยว่ารุกที่ป่าจริง เห็นด้วยกับการปราบปรามของภาครัฐในช่วง 2562 และเห็นว่า alien & UFO เป็นเพียงเรื่องหลอกลวงเพื่อหวังความเจริญในพื้นที่ หากจะตีความคำว่าหวังความเจริญ คือ ทำเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว อันนี้พอเข้าใจได้ แต่แถวๆใกล้ๆนี้มีบึงบอระเพ็ดอยู่แล้ว ก็ไม่น่าจะต้องหวังอีกขนาดนั้น จึงมองว่า ความเชื่อส่วนบุคคลล้วน ๆ นั่นแหละ และมันก็เริ่มต้นจากบางคนในพื้นที่นี้ เลยเป็นพื้นที่นี้
ระบบ ของมนุษย์ต่างดาวหากมีจริง สามารถมีผลเกิดขึ้นได้กับที่ใดๆในโลกนี้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นที่นี่, ผู้ที่ถูกระบบเลือก หลายคนถูกเลือกโดยที่ไม่ได้มาที่นี่
ดังนั้น การที่คอมเมนต์ของบางท่านบอกว่า ไม่ต้องมา ไม่ได้มีอะไร นั่นก็ไม่ผิด
โดยส่วนตัวผมต่อต้านเรื่องงมงายอยู่แล้ว แต่ในภาพยนตร์ก็ยังเป็นเรื่องที่ทำได้อยู่เพราะนำเสนอเรื่องราวปรุงแต่ง ไม่ต้องยึดโยงกับหลักความเป็นจริง ได้อยู่แล้ว แต่สำหรับฟรีทีวีที่คนทุกวัยทุกความเชื่อดูกันนั้น ไม่ควรมีการนำเสนอเรื่องงมงายให้มันมากมายนัก ซึ่งจะปลูกฝังความงมงายในหมู่ประชาชน โดยเฉพาะในเด็กที่อาจยังแยกแยะไม่ค่อยได้ จนทำให้ความงมงายเหล่านี้กลายเป็นเรื่องปกติสามารถแสดงออกได้อย่างเปิดเผย เราไม่ควรปล่อยให้ไปถึงจุดนั้น เราไม่เอาสังคมอุดมงมงายแบบนั้น
ด้วยขนาดอันเหนือจินตนาการของจักรวาล และเชื่อว่ายังมีสิ่งอื่นนอกขอบจักรวาลไปอีก สิ่งมีชีวิตต่างดาวและมนุษย์ต่างดาวจึงควรที่จะมีจริง แต่ไม่น่าใช่สิ่งที่พบที่เขากะลา เพราะหลักฐานที่เป็นภาพ ยังไม่ชัดเจนเพียงพอ ยังสามารถโต้แย้งหักล้างได้, หลักฐานประเภท คำบอกเล่า คำกล่าวอ้าง ไม่สามารถพิสูจน์ได้ เป็นต้น
ผมคาดว่าหลังภาพยนตร์ออกฉายไปแล้ว ภารกิจของมนุษย์ต่างดาว ณ ที่นั่นถ้าหากเคยมีจริง น่าจะจบลงไปด้วย เพราะโปรโมทออกไปมากเกินไปแล้ว!!!
กับเรื่องนี้คือเรื่องที่คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่เชื่อและต่อต้านกันอยู่แล้ว ทุกวันนี้มันก็จะยังเป็นแบบนั้นเหมือนเดิม ตราบใดที่ยานและมนุษย์ต่างดาวไม่มาปรากฏต่อสาธารณชนและสื่อมวลชนจริงๆแบบชัดๆเต็มๆ
อย่างไรก็ตามอาจมีบางคนบางกลุ่มสนใจเดินทางไปที่นั่นตามรอยภาพยนตร์ก็อาจเป็นได้ แต่ว่า หนังไทยก็คือหนังไทย ยิ่งเป็นหนังแนวนอกกระแสด้วยแล้ว จะให้ฮิตมากมายขนาดนั้นมันก็คงเป็นไปไม่ได้เหมือนกัน จึงคิดว่า น่าจะไม่มีใครเดินทางไปหลังจากที่ได้ดูภาพยนตร์จบ
บวกกับภาพยนตร์ดัดแปลงจากเหตุการณ์ตามความเชื่อ หรืออาจจะนำมาเพียงบางส่วน ผมไม่ทราบเนื้อเรื่องเต็มของภาพยนตร์ จึงคิดว่าในภาพยนตร์อาจจะสร้างความสยอง ทำให้ที่เขากะลาในเรื่องดูเป็นที่ที่อันตรายก็ได้ หรืออาจจะหักล้าง โดยให้ภาพยนตร์ทำการยืนยันว่า ไม่มีจานบิน ไม่มีเอเลี่ยน ทั้งหมดเป็นเรื่องเท็จ หรือยืนยันว่า "ทุกอย่างมันจบแล้ว" เพื่อปิดและยุติระบบมนุษย์ต่างดาวนี้ คล้ายกับเมื่อปี 2562 ที่ระบบ ถูกโปรโมทโดยสื่อมวลชน ข่าวทีวี ว่า งมงาย รุกที่ป่า เป็นต้น ภาครัฐก็เข้าไปจัดการทางกลุ่มนี้มาแล้วหนหนึ่ง
ถ้าหากเนื้อหาในภาพยนตร์นั้นสื่อสารกับผู้ชมในลักษณะว่ายุติภารกิจของมนุษย์ต่างดาว หรือปิดตำนานเขากะลา หรือไม่มีจานบินและมนุษย์ต่างดาวที่นี่อีกต่อไป ก็คงจะเป็นไปตามนั้น

🚗 BYD : The biggest SCAM of the car industry ?
The biggest scam? Maybe.
The biggest cancer? I think so. --h0ngcom.
For the first-half part, the title of this video looks like a clickbait. However, the second-half part is showing how BYD "scams".
However, I believe some of these issues have been distorted or slandered by the purely anti-China media, which are prevalent today.
I think the number of zero-mileage used cars has been exaggerated to an unbelievable level, such as the claim that hundreds of thousands of cars are parked together in one place, and this is being stereotyped to only this company.
Releasing anti-BYD news might be successful, but it will inevitably lead to Geely (ZGH) or other Chinese automakers emerging in its place.

Ignoring the Global EV shift is Threatening the U.S. Economy Say Experts
h0ngcom don't think so, because the US economics and social systems are truly more suited to internal combustion engine vehicles than EVs.
For example,
They need cars with long driving range and quick refueling,
Fuels in the US are very cheap, and electricity is more expensive.
EVs in the US are so expensive, making them unsaleable then makers cancelled them.
Used EV prices drop significantly, while internal combustion engine cars depreciate more slowly. Some legendary models even retain their original price or even increase in resale value (this happens in Thailand as well). EVs can't achieve this yet because there aren't any legendary models or a level of popularity that allows owners to set prices they want.
