There is ASEAN–China Free Trade Area that makes China can keep Chinese EVs inexpensive. In Thailand, many of them are even cheaper than made-in-Thailand gas cars due to heavier taxes on gas cars. However, Chinese products are not so last long. Some Chinese products are also made to be irrepairable or extra difficult to. The battery packs can't be inexpensive too. The buyers will regret it soon!
