SN Diffusion invested 2 million euros to become the sole importer of the Leapmotor brand in Europe. CEO Didier Sirgue bought a stock of 1,000 vehicles in 2021.
At the end of 2023, Stellantis, sensing a good opportunity, signs a partnership with Leapmotor, acquiring 21% of the Chinese brand and becoming its de facto international distributor. The direct consequence: SN Diffusion is ousted from the brand's distribution.
