North Korea probably won't show images of New Year festivities in other cities (or maybe does not have other new year events in other cities).
I think this is the kind of New Year celebration that Thai conservatives want – blanded, calmed and ordered, like folded clothes (a Thai idiom). No excitements, no sexy, etc.
The good things are no drunk drivers, no car accidents. Alcohol-haters will love it!
