An Atto3 battery pack seems to has high degraded, or suddenly battery power loss.
In this case, if the battery warranty hasn't expired yet, h0ngcom think it should be claimable, because it indicates that almost half of the battery has deteriorated. Was the mileage exceeded the warranty limit again?
But considering the car is only a few years old, this is something that shouldn't have happened.
Problems with EV batteries, including BYD/FinDreams EV batteries, are frequently in the news. It looks similar to what happens with mobile phones. These problems persist today.

If the reliability and longevity of EV batteries continues to be this poor for the next 50 years, the era of fully EV cars will never truly arrive.

Its information is gathered from real-life complaints on social media from actual users, making it more credible than some media outlets associated with anti-mainland China ideologies that usually distort or omit certain facts or even reports fake news just to make Mainland China looks much worse than the reality.
