H0ngcom think it is a comment from Japanese guy that use the Chink language to reply a Chink comment one, not a true Chink person's comment, but, never mind. 

Currently, there are many videos showing Mainland Chinese mechanics (we respected the true experts, so the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chink word don't apply here) restoring Japanese cars and classic cars. 

H0ngcom think this likely means that the anti-EV and anti-Chinese-car moves still exists quietly within Mainland China itself.
