The only thing H0ngcom can think about that right now is FXXK COPYRIGHT. However, many copyrighted games, including some PS games, are still available in archive.org. --h0ngcom.
h0ngcom guesses that Sony/PS doesn't allow anyone/any individuals to create his/her own PS game without permission from Sony/PS.
